Kevin Singer
Kevin Singer is the Founder and President of Beacon Square Capital. Kevin has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, having held senior roles at Banc of America Securities, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Salomon Brothers. Kevin has worked on a broad range of M&A and corporate finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, high yield financings and private capital raises. Kevin's clients have included corporations, boards of directors, private equity firms and individual owners. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Kevin founded Beacon Square Capital to offer companies the caliber of advice found at bulge-bracket firms, delivered with the personal attention and independence of a boutique.
